Ashwagandha, ah, now here is a botanical that presented
a few obstacles. The name "ashwagandha" literally means "horse sweat" in Hindi. That monicker was given
to it partially for the smell and partially because it was reputed to give the recipient the power of a stallion. This herb
has been used in India for centuries to enhance stamina and strength. I have been able to utilize this powerhouse adaptogenic
botanical by creatively mixing my flavors to mask to more unpleasant taste of the "horse sweat." Remarkably, this
herb is in the same botanical family as the tomato.
