Eleutherococus Senticosus
I like this picture. I use the root and vine of
the plant in Zana13 but I still like looking at the berries. Eleuthero
is another of the adaptogenic herbs and is also known as "Indian Ginseng." Until FDA standards made it illegal to
use the name, it was marketed in the US as "Siberian Ginseng." While it has many of the same properties as ginseng,
it is not a member of the Panax (ginseng) family so the FDA requirements disallowed use of the "ginseng" name. It
has outstanding qualities for recovery, especially for exhaustion, stress and muscle soreness. Please refer to the Wikipedia
