Rhodiola
Rosea
Rhodiola rosea is an important
part of health and tradition in areas of the world where it is native. In Russia, one folk tradition is to present the bride
and groom with a bouquet of rhodiola, flower to root as a token of long life and fertility. Rhodiola is used in Germany in
the treatment of depression and mental health. Scandinavian and Russian scientists have been performing clinical trials with
rhodiola and its components for many years.
Through all my trials and
errors putting this product together, the one ingredient that I have never strayed from once since I isolated it is rhodiola.
It not only reduces stress, it seems to be the one ingredient that puts the "smile" into the formula.
