Rhodiola rosea is an important
part of health and tradition in areas of the world where it is native. In Russia, one folk tradition is to present the bride
and groom with a bouquet of rhodiola, flower to root as a token of long life and fertility. Rhodiola is used in Germany in
the treatment of depression and mental health. Scandinavian and Russian scientists have been performing clinical trials with
rhodiola and its components for many years.

errors putting this product together, the one ingredient that I have never strayed from once since I isolated it is rhodiola.
It not only reduces stress, it seems to be the one ingredient that puts the "smile" into the formula.
When I first got sick, I relied on a
product that I had been using off and on for several years, "Green Tea Antioxidant Blend" manufactured by Puritan's
Pride. I was so pleased with this product for so many reasons that I often took advantage of their "Buy 2 Get 3 Free"
and gave them out to my friends. I had a small stockpile when I was diagnosed from my work as an EMT but those ran out fairly
quickly now that I remembered to take two daily. For more on this story, click here.
